What happened to you was not your fault. But how you cope and how you move forward is your responsibility.

You are not where you started and you are not where you’re going but take a min to look back at all that you have accomplished.

Following accounts that make you feel less than will negatively impact your confidence.
Mindlessly scrolling is toxic: be intentional about the things you consume
Let is serve you and you not serve it

Take time to get to know yourself, what you like, and what you are good at.
Do more of the things you like

Have big goals but have small attainable goals along the way
The biggest way to gain confidence is by making and keeping a promise to yourself

Get dressed for the day. Dress and act as the person you want to be.
WFH can make this hard but it will make you more productive.

You should be your biggest cheerleader/hype man. Everyone is focused on themselves you have to learn how to speak into yourself even when you don’t feel like it.

Find something you enjoy doing, do it over and over, get really good at it.
