For this episode, we decided to wrap up our impressions of the social instinct and our journey with it in dreams. Kristen and Kaisa share dreams and experiences that came up for them within the timeframe of exploring this instinct. They both describe how personal this work has been for them, and how they’ve been impacted both externally and internally.

Even though it is unbelievably helpful to experience external social love and belonging, the work of dreams has taught us that it’s even more important to reclaim that feeling and cultivate it within us.

Our first guest joins us for this episode; Maggie is a SP/SX 7w6 794. Maggie shares a dream she had that illustrates how social blindness might appear in the unconscious. We discuss the ways in which she views the social instinct, both with neglecting it but also having a different impact based on her family upbringing.

We had two dreamers allow us to break down what the social instinct looks like in their social-dominant dreams. The dreams illuminate how social vulnerability can create images that may be helping a dreamer understand what they’re giving a lot of attention to through their instincts.
