I don’t think leadership is about power it’s more about understanding people and embracing that people will see things like you do. The beauty of being a human is embracing the differences between us. We are made to be different not the same.

Sometimes you just can’t replace the best , you have to learn to live with that truth.

I give tips on traveling. My traveling experiences have come with good and bad ones. However, it hasn’t stopped me from experience a new city.
