Today's episode focuses on women in the military. My special guest, Kacy, will be joining the conversation on what it's like to be a black woman in the military. She going to talk about everything from hair, ranking, and seeing women in power. Also, she talks about sexual assault in the military and how women are undervalued by the VA when seeking assistance for mental health issues.

Kacy is a veteran and social worker, who graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Currently, she spends her time helping homeless veteran women in Washington.
