We can help normal people......but they cannot help us ...

Today we get some homework - get used to this - like I always say, “You might just f¥ck up and learn sumpin’”

Those last two days really need to be embedded in your memory for long term recovery.

My dear friend, my “little brother” has 25 years sober 10/1. This guy does amazing work with newbies and guys sober as long as me. He has a gracious heart and a velvet hammer and working the 12 Steps is his Stock & Trade.

Grateful to have been “complete” with my dad when he passed. ..... in the 18 years since, I’ve never wished I’d said, asked or done anything differently.

I’m going to shorten the broadcast up and publish every single day for one year. I promised a friend / mentor I’d do it so expect to have one to listen to every morning. You absolutely have a recovery in you man ..... just be willing.

....but another drunk or druggie !!! Listen to why having a PhD or a sheepskin does US no good - we are hopeless without each other.
