Andy talked about is favorite phrase "Until I change, nothing changes." He said that this is incredibly important. If you're looking to boost your confidence, increase your sales, or simply lead a better life with more fulfillment, it's time for a reinvention. Andy share a bit of his journey. Andy said: "When I was 18, I realized I needed to make a change. I sought out a speaking coach, a sales coach, and began the process of recreating myself. It wasn't until I was 39 that I fully committed to this transformation. It took me nearly two decades to realize the necessity of change. My wake-up call came when my wife pointed out the areas in my life that needed improvement - my health, my presence in my family's life, and my dedication to my work. So, I took action. I hit the gym, became a better father, and elevated my business to new heights. This marked a total recreation of myself, and I'm now operating at version 3.0. In Real Financial, you have the freedom to work on your terms and shape your life according to your desires. Remember, the power to change lies within you".

One key realization I've had when speaking with clients is that their comfort level directly correlates with their trust in the process and our ability to provide care. When I exude calmness and assurance, it tends to reflect in their demeanor as well. It's important for us to ensure that we are adequately prepared for success. The script I use is straightforward. After scheduling an appointment, I confirm it two to three times, and I make the call at day's end rather than in the morning to ensure better recollection. Additionally, I send them a personalized card featuring my photo, as this tends to instill a sense of comfort and openness, making them more receptive to communication via text.
