     Slam the Gavel welcomes back Elaine Mickman, Author of, "Court Gate...The Court$ Divorced From The Law," available FREE  in eBook this weekend only the 19th and the 20th of February, 2022.
     Elaine discussed how the courts are completely eroded, no ruling by law, no following the Constitution, bias and collusion. The court officials violate the 6th Amendment every day.
   IOLTA (Interest On Lawyer Trust Accounts) was discussed in-depth and how it is used for a "slush fund." Elaine explained how most lawyers have IOLTA  and this has tax-free benefits.
    There is much power in the Prothonotary/Clerk of Courts as they are the gate-keepers of the courthouses. Not just Pro Se Litigants, but some attorneys are losing as they are being denied access to the Prothonotary
     The court system has spiraled downward to lack of judicial accountability. Conduct boards pose a conflict of interest as it is publicly connected to lay people. The legislation  is also failing the public as well.
    Elaine mentions two cases worth reading: Luis v. United States (2016) and Scrip v. Seneca 191A, 3d, 917, 2018 (this case is in regards to the Whistle Blower Law and how it doesn't apply...)

      He provides forensic evaluations, parenting coordination, and parent-child reunification counseling at the Fountain Hill Center in Grand Rapids particularly when resist and refuse dynamics (RRD’s) are present in parent-child contact problems including cases of parental alienation and/or domestic violence/child abuse and neglect.  
      Randy Flood is also the Founder and Director of the Men’s Resource Center of West Michigan, a Center specializing in mental health services for males including programs for men who perpetrate domestic violence, sexual abuse, and father’s targeted by parental alienation. Flood offers testifying and non-testifying expert consultation for attorneys and organizations in his areas of expertise. He also provides coaching for rejected/targeted parents throughout the country as well as helping parents cope and navigate the world of custody and parenting time litigation.  He is the co-author of two books, a prolific speaker, media consultant, and trainer at regional, national, and international conferences.

    Slam the Gavel proudly welcomes Rick Martin, Constitutional Lawyer and Assistance of Counsel and Founder of The Constitutional Law Group (Constitutionallawgroup.us).  Rick Martin is on the show to discuss with parents another avenue by which they themselves can hold judges, elected/appointed and public officials accountable when their rights have been violated or the law is broken.
     We discussed how to help parents who are fighting against an adversarial and ruthless family court system for their rights to have access to their own offspring. Rick Martin gives direction on how to file a FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act), a Presumptive Letter, Sworn Affidavit and how to serve the public official.
     Rick Martin explains how the Clerk of Court actually has more power than the judge. Being an employee of the state makes them a public official and therefore they do have bonds.  Rick Martin goes in depth to what a bond is. Every public official elected or appointed holds a bond or rather liability policy that protects them.
    There is NO statute of limitations when a crime/fraud has been committed with judges or public officials.  This includes members working in the courthouses, CPS and CPS caseworkers.
    Rick Martin helps us understand the crimes as well as the terms such as "dereliction of duty," and "unlawful persecution," that take place in courtrooms across the country and even globally. The selling of our offspring FOR FINANCIAL GAIN MUST END.

She has become the voice of hope for survivors and advocates of traumatic events, such as family violence, sex trafficking, sexual assault, as well as wartime- related trauma. Eileen is also a Spokesperson for Hope Pyx Global. Hope Pyx Global is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the awareness and prevention of Family Violence, Sex Trafficking and Sexual Assault locally, nationwide and globally.
    Not only is Eileen Dong a Founder of Survivors Against Violence Everywhere, Survivors Against Violence Everywhere is a support group that serves as a safe platform for human trafficking, domestic abuse, and sexual assault victims, survivors, supporters, and advocates to voice their stories, support each other with hope, love, and unity.
     Eileen’s short term mission is to educate our communities on awareness and prevention, promote accountability for abusers, and foster a community response to abuse, and empower the survivors to succeed. Her long term vision is to build a shelter that provides a safe haven for survivors along with education to equip to be back on their feet again.
     By trade, Eileen Dong is an international business consultant, a cross-cultural communications expert and a linguist. She holds degrees in Business Management, Petroleum Engineering while being a NASA Scholar.
     As Ms. Texas and as an artist, community leader, public speaker, philanthropist, influencer, and advocate, Eileen uses her platform for awareness and prevention of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking, as well as to address cultural stigmas.
     Having worked as an expert directly with ICE, USCIS, DOJ, US District & State Courts, US Attorney’s Office, SEC, non-profit organizations, and survivors, Ms. Dong has first-hand knowledge and experience.
     She conducts virtual and in-person speeches and trainings to law enforcement, service providers, advocates, survivors and faith-based communities on topics including, but not limited to, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Human Trafficking, Child Abuse, Inspirational, Culture Stigma, and Hope and Healing. She helps organizations in converting materials on these subjects into different languages.
     Ms. Dong’s merits have been recognized by various government officials.
Sylvester Turner, Mayor of Houston, who proclaimed January 19th as Eileen Dong Day.
     Eileen tirelessly volunteers over 2,000 hours a year. She sits on various boards, advisory boards, committees, and coalitions throughout Texas and nationally. She has helped over 11,000 people.

     Slam the Gavel welcomes a new guest, Gemma Bryant to the show. She is a stepmom to three beautiful children. She has experienced the family court system through her husband’s custody battle and is here to share how stepparents are treated in the family court system.
     She shares her experience in order to help other parents and stepparents; assuring them they are not alone in their fight.  Gemma also gave important tips on reading custody orders. She stresses the importance of this as a county can delete or change just a sentence which will affect the whole family and who has legal custody as well. Also, judges falsely apply the 16-factors to the "unfit" parent....It is also very important to show support as a court watcher to others going through custody hearings, Gemma explains, as good, fit parent need to know they have the support of others.
      She also touched upon the school districts where they will interfere when they shouldn't. Gemma explained how they had over-stepped their bounds with one of the child's lunches and that led to a CPS issue. Thankfully that was easily resolved.
      Making and keeping a commitment to your spouse during this stressful time is very important, Gemma stated as she watched her husband go through the family court system. You are now in it for, "the long haul."
     Gemma also touched upon the importance of understanding what it is supposed to mean to be a sincere advocate for families, discuss 50/50 custody, and about how children’s voices are silenced, forcing to endure abusive environments.

     As a Navy veteran and former carpenter and furniture maker, Attorney Kuhlmeyer understands the issues of the working people, and works for his clients at reasonable rates. One reason he became a lawyer was because he saw the impact even a minor legal issue can have on hard-working people.   
     Because lawyers are so expensive, most people have their issues go unresolved, so their access to the legal system is effectively denied.
     So our system is becoming a system where the rich buy access to justice, the poor can get pro-bono legal help, but everyone in the middle—regular working people and small business owners, just get left out, and that’s not right…..

    In this podcast, Michelle Garcia and Mark Andrews discuss their corrupt CPS debacle that took place in Los Angeles, California.  False claims and accusations made by County Council and CPS against a licensed court-bonded officer as he was trying to help Michelle and her family.
    Mark discussed the California Senate Bill 1141 on Coercive Control. This bill will help many. Children suffer longer, the longer Family Court drags out cases while not listening to fit, healthy parents who want to protect their children.
   They both encouraged parents to bond together and have hope and zest so that no decent, fit parent should be interrupted in their parenting by corrupt government actors.
