In this episode Sesalee leads an anonymous coaching session with someone who is struggling with the thoughts & fears of becoming a new mom. Even if you are not a person who has had babies or wants to, this episode is for everyone who struggles with the balance of taking care of themselves & being perceived as selfish. 

Taking care of your mental health is never selfish, I think it can be one of the most selfless acts you can do. 

This is the last of the trio episodes giving a glimpse into the new program launching in early 2023. I wanted to have an easy, self-paced way of learning your own human design while being able to integrate it through breathwork- because breathwork helps you get out of you mind & into your body which is the best way to heal, & have the option to have coaching- to get guidance on anything that pops when learning & unlearning more about yourself with human design.
