Dr. O'Neill talks about his background in astrophysics and solar physics, how his journey led him to science communications, and what he looks forward to about the news and discoveries coming to us from the space science fields.

He also talks about science as depicted in many science fiction movies; he loved The Martian and was disappointed by Interstellar, but is looking forward to seeing The Good Dinosaur, and of course, the new Star Wars and Star Trek movies.
