I caught myself go to say the word, and every fibre in my being felt off, learn why.

Why I choose not to watch afterlife as a breast cancer (x2) survivor. 

It felt so important to share this today as a BONUS Episode. As I was recording the tears came up…I could remember and still have the books with words for my children that I wanted them to hear, the lessons that I wanted them to weave into their life. 

I am super aware of death, I surrendered a long time ago, I had to, but … I don’t want to keep being triggered by it, I am choosing to live and what I focus on is important to my energy.

Is a comment I get a lot from students after some of our sessions. When I feel like I am home in my body and my soul, is when I just feel in the moment, content fully embodied in my body...

It's never a waste, you will never know how it is going to go!!! Some real wisdom here.

Sometimes we might need permission from someone outside of us until we are able to give it ourselves.

This episode sparked from a conversation with my husband about when we travelled the world. We were discussing how it would have been nice to have smartphones to record our adventures and show our children, and then realized that storytelling and showing the very few pictures we took was more special and was an experience in itself. Showing and explaining each photo sparks new undocumented stories, our children ask questions and we get to share our excitement and experience, storytelling is lovely and it wouldn't be special to show them a screen instead. We should bring back story telling...

Decisions that I make in all aspects of my life are heavily guided by my intuition, by listening to my intuition I am able to be guided by the universe. Before the pandemic really took hold, I had made a huge decision that my whole business and income depended on. I felt that this decision was the right one and so followed my intuition, and since then I have never looked back...
