The week between Christmas and New Year's Eve seems to creep by slower than, well, Christmas. Mama J has some suggestions on how to make the most of this 'down' time.

Since the Black Friday episode helped at least one person of which she's aware, Jami is presenting this episode as a holiday follow-up. Face it, the holiday season is normally a hectic time of year. Throw in the year 2020 and then add a dash of depression...well, it isn't a fruitcake recipe.

Since she Celebrates the Christmas holiday and does a podcast, well, here's Mama J's Obligatory Christmas Podcast. It just wouldn't be right if she didn't do one!
