Crystal R. Durham is a wife, the mother of 10 adult children, and has adopted four of her sister's children. She pastored with her husband, where she spoke into the lives of many families. Crystal also served in the Youth Ministry for almost a decade before starting her Christian-based home daycare. Not only did she tend to toddlers and grade school children, but it was also then, in 2002, when she first opened her home to troubled teens.

Crystal received her CDA in Childcare Education, CPR and First Aid Certificates, and HIV 101 Certificate. She has a mentorship program for girls called B.A.D. KIDS Mentorship Program for girls ages 5 to 15 years old and 18 to 24, in which she empowers them to believe, achieve, and dream about themselves.  

To become self-sustaining, she has aided youth and families living in extended-stay motels in DeKalb County. And she helps other nonprofits to build successful, debt-free organizations. 

As a Community Leader for Old Navy, she aids the nonprofit organization in receiving grants. She knows firsthand the troubles youth encounter, and she desires to mentor or helps prevent youth from continuing living in their trauma. Her strong desire is for every child to know True Love "HeKnows."

Like many immigrants, Anh Vu's family came to the USA in pursuit of the American Dream in 1995. They were told that to become rich, they needed to go to school, get good grades, and get a good job. Anh followed his parents' advice, graduated from college as a Mechanical Engineer, and started working for a big transportation company in 2006 in Philadelphia, PA. However, despite his well-paying job, he found himself drowning in debt with over $100,000 in student loans.

While working as an engineer, Anh realized that if he continued to trade time for money, he would never be able to retire early. Anh met many people who had hundreds of thousands of dollars sitting in the bank earning less than 1%.

Stephanie Hoyte, a Barbadian who moved to Jacksonville in 2014, has emerged as a successful entrepreneur and business owner. After losing her job as a business manager in December 2020, Stephanie decided to pursue her dream of growing a successful black-owned business. She opened a kiosk at the Orange Park Mall for two months and quickly expanded to a brick-and-mortar store, which made over $160,000 in eight months. Her online business made over $400,000 in 2021.

Stephanie's brand, Fashion Dollz Boutique, aims to help women look fabulous and educate them on how to take care of their bodies after plastic surgery.
