In business, there is the science, mechanics and the psychological elements that are combined into an experience for the consumer.  The question remains...]how much of the psychological component makes the difference in the business people choose to patron?  Today I discuss how to make people want to choose your business over your competition but first, we have to take it back to some personality basics to understand what your customers are truly thinking.

Creating leads for your business is always a challenge.  Trying to figure out the right message, offer & best was to tell your audience can be tricky.  I think the biggest trick is to have a list & a relationship w/that list.

Social Media is a big buzz word that most business owners either don't have time or aren't getting the reach they hoped for.  In order to use social media to grow your business, you need to understand how each platform views your social page & why you're not getting the exposure you use to.

There are all different types of business models available for entrepreneurs, one of which is an MLM.  While I've personally had a negative experience with an MLM, I'm not opposed to the power potential especially when there's a great product behind it.  And that's exactly what happened to my wife who loves essential oils.  

The problem...agreeing on how to create new leads for her new oily business with a great lead magnet.  She was reluctant about the idea, thinking that's too gimmicky. But is it?

Over-analysis equals paralysis.  This is so true today when you're trying to make the "right" decision you can end up not making any decision.  The best way to not achieve any goal is to never start, so I share what I do when I'm stuck in the mud of uncertainty & doubt.  

In the last episode, we went over the formula of what we need to start getting more customers.  Today we discuss the two remaining steps required to fulfill the initial promise of our offer.  We need to create congruent landing pages & emails. While some of these steps may seem straight forward I've noticed 75% of small business owners completely ignore these simple steps that could be costing them thousands of dollars in their business.😱

Leads are the lifeblood for our businesses, but if we don't have a way to get our message out, collect & engage people about our services then we are setting ourselves up for failure. Here are the first 3 essential steps to get more leads in the two-part podcast series.

All physical things including our businesses...follow principles like gravity & speed.  Since our businesses operate in the real world,  wouldn't those laws & principles apply as well?  Yes, they do! Just like we can't deny gravity exists, we can't ignore real-world principles and how they affect our business success or failure.
