Sometimes what feels like our lowest points in life can lead to our greatest success. Failure is inevitable. It's how we react to that failure that can shape us into a better person.
With each failure we need to take the time to see what we can do differnt if ever put in a similar situation.
We also disucss the importance of hearing both sides to debates. Being closed off, one sided or uneducated can hurt you in the long run. We should all have the ability to listen to an opposing view. By debating we can grow stronger in our own views, or even realize we now agree with the opposing side.
We touch on many topics this week including:
- Why is it important to fail?
- What can we learn from our failures?
- What’s the trait for the best team player?
- Why should you have people around that call you on your bullshit?
- Is it more important to control your thoughts or your feelings?
- Why do people get in their own way?
- Why is it important to hear both sides of an argument?
- Rich Roll Podcast we reference
- What is the difference between listening and hearing?
- What do you think is the biggest hurdle for people in not wanting to change?
- && so much more . . .
Thank you so much for tuning in. If you enjoyed this weeks' eposide please be sure to share on social meida, rate and review.
