Matt & Joe are back for another edition of Suck My Balls. This week, Satan announces to hell that he is going to have his own "Super Sweet 16", just like the girls on MTV. However, this party is just to celebrate how amazing Satan is. Meanwhile, the 4th graders of South Park are caught up in a halloween gag by saying "Biggie Smalls" 3 times to see if he will appear. To Butters shock and dismay, he does appear, and now Butters has to help Biggie get to Los Angeles for the Party.
