Matt & Joe are back this week to kickoff Season 12 of South Park. This week Cartman is unexpectedly infected with the HIV virus after a blood transfusion goes awry during his tonsillectomy. The staff and children of South Park elementary are all empathetic except for one student....Kyle. As a result, Cartman infects Kyle with the virus and thus thrusts them into a country adventure to find the cure for Aids.
