She's in the 5th grade and according to Butters, "she's a slut". After finding this out, Kenny tries to close the deal by taking her to the Jonas Brothers concert to get her all riled up. However he end's up with a purity ring and turns into a lame married husband. Stan, Kyle & Cartman don't like seeing their friend this way so they set off to expose Disney.
