I discuss getting off some of my anxiety meds and starting to workout, again!
So I tried to talk a little bit about Malingering, and how I felt scared that people will judge me. Which, this is a delusion. I discuss some of my symptoms, so that people can get an idea of my life. The rest of the podcast is about all the potential delusions of my new job. Which, I am SUPER excited to finally have a job, after about a year!!

In this episode, I go over how my week is going. I noticed that Claire is trying to worm her way back in because I MAY have a job. The reasons are explained in the episode.....she's a handful. I talk about how I am under my second contract for safety because I relapsed in the self harm department. I go over how I won't let a new job stop me from being creative and worrying about it. Yes, I know you have to be careful since you are representing your company and all, but I don't want that to dilute my content. This podcast means so much to me!
Finally, I shoutout a podcast team! Happy Dagger!! The podcast is so so amazing, and the host is incredible. The whole entire team seems like wonderful people to be friends with VS just talking for only podcast reasons. I mean, that's part of the process, to make amazing friends!! I am going to include their linktrees down below, and their social medias. Tell them that I sent you!!

In this episode, I gave some alternate terms to use, when people are talking about somebody living with a mental illness. I talk about terms to use, and terms to avoid. Sometimes, people can unintentionally hurt somebody who has a mental heath illness.
From WebMD about working: "A tricky decision is when and how to let an employer know about this illness. It’s a good question to ask your doctor.
"It depends on the individual and how well they have responded to medication," Jewell says. "If symptoms have essentially disappeared, there's really no need to tell an employer. Some people who have a less than complete response to medication may well need to [tell.]" If active symptoms get in the way of work duties, it might be a good idea to have a conversation with the boss about needs, such as doctor’s appointment times.
Frese offers similar advice. "It's a good idea not to advertise or tell people if you don’t have to," Frese says, especially at the beginning of your career. If you're older or nearing the end of your career, Frese encourages you to tell your co-workers. More openness about schizophrenia will help reduce the stigma."

In this episode, I discuss a workbook that I have. I basically read off some of what the book has to offer. I WANTED to discuss how workbooks could be beneficial but my brain was super focused on that one workbook. Whoops!

I'm sorry if the audio sounds weird. I'm trying my best to figure out the world of editing audio. Please don't be mad at me.
In this episode I go over what exactly is schizoaffective disorder! I also touch on Schizophrenia, as well, since they are closely related. I go over the symptoms, some causes and treatment options!
In this episode, I go over the benefits of how writing can help with mental health! I only give a few examples about the actual benefits, as I know there are plenty more. Then I dive into what writing can do for ME! It's a constant battle to actually write, however, because I feel that once I do, it makes my diagnosis to be REAL. I know it makes no sense but it does to me. I hope y'all enjoy!!

In this episode, I talk about how cancelling therapy made me feel. There's a bunch of paranoia because I don't know what my therapist thinks of me now. I happened to miss a call from her because she didn't get the memo that I cancelled, and I fully panicked. I was so afraid to even keep the voicemail, and when I did, I was even more scared. I didn't want her to think the worst, and there's no way to get in touch with her, until my next session. I really hope that she isn't mad!
