  • 4 Signs You Desperately Need A Life Coach | Kingsley Grant | Episode TML113
Have you ever had someone say these words to you, “you need a life coach” or have you ever heard the term “life coach” or have you ever even thought about getting a life coach?
If you nodded your head to one or more of the above, this is for you.
There was a time in my past, approximately 3 to 4 years ago, that I didn’t see the need of or even considered having a life coach. However, after having worked with a few personal coaches, I now realize what I was missing.
The coaches I’ve worked with have helped me tremendously. Each of them have brought a new angle of thinking and performing that have brought me to where I am now, and has positioned me for more success.
I am now convinced that I will always have a coach helping me in different areas of my life. I see the value in having one.
Who And What Is A Life Coach?
Before I share with you the signs, let me define what a life coach is or does. This is important because some people, don’t realize the importance of or see the need of having one.
A life coach is someone who helps you focus on the present and the future to live the life you truly want for yourself.
He or she helps you to set goals you want for yourself, holds you accountable to those goals, keeps you focus on your goals while providing you with as many tools, support and structure to accomplish more. A coach in essence helps you to determine your own “answers” through the process.
4 Signs You Desperately Need A Life Coach
With that in mind, here are the FOUR signs you need a life coach: You are
    1. Ready to make some important changes in your life
    2. Itching for more out of life
    3. Ready to invest in your future
    4. Looking for a new perspective on life
In this episode, I outlined the five signs you desperately need a life coach and how to find one. These are not placed in order of priority.
