Integrated Sakhi One Stop Center & 181 - Universal Women Helpline (Sakhi/181) is a scheme of the Union Government to restore Equality & Dignity of women in India. The idea is: By dialing a single 3 digit number, (181), from any where in India a women in distress (WID) can access nearest of 650 sakhi centers. A sakhi centre is a one stop crisis centre where staff will represent ( Not Refer) a WID in front of state service providers like police, legal services authorities, protection officers, counselors, Women’s Commissions etc.

To realise this vision Aman Movement has developed PRIYA JYOTI. It is state of the art management system & software for Sakhi/181. It is being implemented in several states in partnership with their respective governments. Read more on https://www.amanmovement.org/
