Book club discusses and debates the end (chapters 56-end) of the fifth Dungeon Crawler Carl book, The Butcher's Masquerade, by Matt Dinniman. Did we get excited and start with the epilogue? Possibly. Don't worry, we still talk through the full theories on who Lucia Mar really is (or should we say 'who is in'?). Will Chris ever get more of a moment? Did we care about the unaliving of fellow crawlers at the end of this book? Does Donut truly understand geography?

Book club discusses and debates Part 3 (chapters 26-55) of the fifth Dungeon Crawler Carl book, The Butcher's Masquerade, by Matt Dinniman. Did we shed any tears for the loss of the vampire? There may be some AI fan-clubbing as it gets more extreme with its repercussions for not following the spirit of the dungeon. Finishing with out predictions for what will actually happen in the Masquerade at the end of this book.

Book club discussed and debates the third fourth (50-75%) of Tress of the Emerald Sea, by Brandon Sanderson: Chapters 34 to 50. We find some new spore colors and types, which is only half of the known spore types, much to our dismay. And of course, make predictions for the Sanderlanche coming in the last quarter of the book - we still have both the Dragon and Sorcerous!

Fair warning on spoilers for other Cosmere novels, to potentially include Misborn Eras 1 and 2, Isle of the Emberdark, and minor components of others possibly.

Book club discusses the ending of the fourth Dungeon Crawler Carl book, The Gate of the Feral Gods, by Matt Dinniman. As more out of dungeon aspects to the universe and earth are revealed, book club gets theorizing about politics, if feelings will be hurt within the dungeon, and if there are holes everywhere in the from the collapse. How are the people on earth gathering these tents? We cannot guarantee you will get an answer, but you will get to laugh along with us.

Book Club dives into a new book (well, a new book for 3 of the 5 friends) and kicks off with the first 25%, up to the end up chapter 18, for Tress of the Emerald Sea by Brandon Sanderson.

We dive into the Cosmere, this time from Hoid's storytelling POV.

For reference, we have all, as Bookclub, read the full Stormlight Archive (thus far, up to book 5). Maura, Keri, and Nicole are proficient in the full Cosmere breadth and depth of novels, some of which comes out.
