So today I went to the Raffles Specialist Centre to do a psych assessment of my mental health and I was introduced to BDI (Beck Depression Inventory Test). I decided to talk about it because this test made me to be more aware and inquisitive about my mental health. From understanding my self-hatred to my views in life, this shed more light than I thought.

And I figured it'll be nice to share about it, and also how I feel... and to find out I'm severely depressed, I guess I'm still hopeful... for some parts.
