At what point does saying your age start to feel hard to say out loud? Today, we’re getting real about aging, the quiet ways people treat you differently, and why that number can feel so much bigger than it actually is. In this mini episode, we’re talking about the quiet reality of aging—how the number can shift how others see you, even when you feel exactly the same inside.
Together, we'll get honest about identity, perception, and why owning your age out loud is one of the most powerful ways to challenge the narrative.

Loneliness is something so many of us feel, yet so few of us talk about.
In this episode, we open up about the quiet, complicated reality of loneliness. It can show up, even in full and busy, love-filled lives, and it’s often tied to life transitions, disconnection, and the technology-filled world we live in now.
Joined by therapist Sarah Kenny, we explore the difference between being alone and feeling lonely, and why shame only deepens the feeling. Under Sara's guidance, we'll also share some small, meaningful ways to combat loneliness and better connect with each other, from journaling to reaching out to new friends. Ultimately, this journey of reconnection begins by acknowledging our feelings and remembering that we're not alone.

Why do women apologize for everything, even when there’s nothing to be sorry for?
In this mini episode, we'll chat about the habit of over-apologizing, deflecting compliments, and shrinking ourselves in everyday moments, whether it's on the golf course or at a lunch with friends. We hope this serves as a reminder that saying “thank you,” instead, is often a simple swap to reclaim your power.

In today’s Sound Bite, we’re sharing a funny (and surprisingly meaningful) moment about being told, “you look like a grandma.” What started as a candid comment from a four-year-old has turned into a conversation about aging, identity, and learning to embrace exactly where you are in life. Because sometimes, the most honest reflections remind us just how much there is to celebrate.

It seems like everyone is talking about GLP-1 medications and weight loss these days—but why is there still so much stigma around using them? Why do we, as women, feel ashamed for turning to medical tools to support our health as we age? What even is a GLP-1? How does it affect our bodies?
In addition to discussing our personal experiences, we're excited to bring on Dr. Kathleen Jordan today to answer all of our questions. She the Chief Medical Officer at Midi Health, the fastest growing women's telehealth company, and an internal medicine physician and Menopause Society Certified Provider who leads a team of clinicians in caring for women in midlife.
Join us for an honest conversation about the science behind GLP-1s, overcoming judgment and shame, and the changing cultural narrative around medical weight loss.

As we age, it can feel like everywhere you turn someone is talking about Botox, fillers, or plastic surgery. But how do you know when a procedure might actually make sense—and when it might not? Today, we’re talking all things plastic surgery with board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Michele Koo.
Dr. Michele is a nationally recognized plastic surgeon known for her meticulous attention to detail, working closely with patients to identify areas they’d like to improve and creating thoughtful treatment plans tailored to their unique anatomy and goals.
Today, we’ll talk with her about when surgery might be worth considering versus when something less invasive—like a little Botox—might do the trick. We’ll also discuss why “less is more,” how cosmetic procedures can be an empowering choice for women as they age, and why it’s important to remember that no procedure can replace taking care of yourself and feeling good on the inside.
Because while looking refreshed can be wonderful, true confidence comes from health, happiness, and embracing every stage of life.

Looking back on our lives, there are so many different paths we could have taken at different points in time. Is it normal to feel a twang of regret about our past decisions as we age? How do we prevent having 'should've, could've, and would've' feelings?

Welcome back to another episode of So When Do I Take My Clothes Off? Today, we’re doing a deep dive into the intricacies of female friendships. Do friendships get easier as we age? Do we really not care what other people think about us?
It turns out, there’s actually a biological reason that social rejection affects us so deeply. So, how do we flip the narrative when we don’t feel included in social situations?
Together, we’ll engage in a vulnerable, thoughtful conversation about rewriting the stories we tell ourselves when we feel we don’t belong, the importance of being honest about our feelings, and how to ultimately show up as our most confident selves at every age.

We’re women who never stopped talking, questioning, debating — and occasionally challenging one another — about how to keep moving forward. We still love gathering, laughing, and talking things…
Because the truth is, life doesn’t come with instructions — and the questions don’t stop just because you’ve lived a little.
Which brings us to the title.
So When Do I Take My Clothes Off? isn’t really about sex (though that may come up).
It’s a metaphor for those moments when we quietly ask ourselves:
When do I speak up?
Let go?
Start over?
Try something new?
Stop caring what everyone else thinks?
Whether you’re navigating relationships, reinvention, loneliness, or simply wondering “Is this it… or is there more?” — you’re not alone. And if you need company, you can drop into a conversation with women who sound a lot like you — sharing stories, supporting one another, and telling the truth without pretending we’ve got it all figured out.
We also know we don’t have to do this alone. So we bring in experts — from health and wellness to beauty, relationships, money, and longevity — people who help us understand our bodies, our choices, and ourselves without shame or hype.
And yes, we love products. Smart ones. Thoughtful ones. Things that make life easier, healthier, and a little more fun. We are not invisible — we’re engaged, curious, and paying attention.
So When Do I Take My Clothes Off? is a starting point — for conversations that begin with “When do I…?”
We dig deep. We laugh (often at ourselves). We’re honest about where we are — and we invite you to be honest too.
Because while some things change, our appetite for connection, clarity, and a good laugh absolutely hasn’t.
