She specializes in teaching through play and her purpose is to help others feel more grounded so that they in turn can be better connected and more compassionate.
In today’s conversation, she gives amazing insight and very helpful information regarding attunement, connection, and the importance of regulation for adults and learning how to regulate ourselves and teach our children.

La pg. web https://firstplayinfantmassage.com/, y los libros; “Touch in Child Counseling and Play Therapy” y “The Magic Rainbow Hug” por Janet Courtney, PhD.

Happy Mother’s Day! Today I wanted to share a little bit about my story as a mom. Now waiting for my second child’s birth I am a true believer that everyday should be Mother’s Day! Just joking. I feel privileged and honored to have these precious gifts; My children. To witness their growth and all the milestones that we get to experience together, I came to the realization of how the birth of my children created me as a mother. I have always been a very driven person who is always on the go-go but motherhood has taught me to slow down and literally smell the roses. I would love for you to listen to my story and if this resonates with you, tell me how motherhood has changed you!
