TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: It's been a hot minute since we've talked about the #365experiment and we have updated it one more time, but we think this one is gonna stick! We go in-depth on our physical wellness because it was the one place we were struggling the most and do a deep dive into the diet and workout routine we are going to do from now on.

MOTIVATION MONDAY: We pull from something Simon Sinek said about the "Give and Take" of a past job, job you are interviewing for, currently at or trying to hire for. It's a cool way to look at you and your employer and ways that you can get some resolution from especially if you weren't hired for a job you really wanted.

SPIRITUAL WELLNESS: A very short, but much needed podcast about the importance e of being positive and keeping those who don't far, far away from you.

SOCIAL WELLNESS: Whether it's with a spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend to your co-worker or boss, there's always a better way to look at fighting. There's nothing wrong with disagreeing with other people and having your own thoughts, but making sure you have the correct mind state and seeing things long-term versus short-term is going to go a long way in your life.

FINANCIAL FRIDAY: We hit this Friday podcast with a simply thought of "monetize being you" and how it can apply to your side hustle or even your hobbies. For all you know, that game you play on the internet could be something people want to see and you could make a pretty penny streaming or that collection of antiques could make you a lot of money on eBay/craigslist.

OCCUPATIONAL WELLNESS: We had a little revelation about the life of hustling and entrepreneurship that made us want to share the thoughts of being lonely in the beginning of your process and when you know you are on the right track!

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY: We celebrate this 100th episode with a recap of our companies wellness and reminisce from where we started and where we are now!

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: We look at a few mobile apps that connect to your wearables and give you points towards rewards and possibly money!

MOTIVATION MONDAY: We know a good amount of people who had a bad weekend and if you are one of those people and are looking for some motivation, you definitely need to listen to this podcast.

SPIRITUAL WELLNESS: We return to our Quote Sessions episodes with good old Extreme Ownership with chapter 9 & 10. We hit the concept of supporting your boss/leadership hard and if you don't feel led to do so, you may need to find another job or start your own.
