On this episode of Soccer Mom Sunday host Jennifer Siess from Mine To Define, along with JB Anderson from Soccer Dad Pod, was joined by Chad Otec, Lou Fusz Soccer GA head coach. From his own youth playing days, to college at Missouri Baptist University, Chad found himself called to coaching running soccer camps and youth training. Fast forward to the present as the Lou Fusz Soccer Club Girls Academy Manager and Coach, Chad finds himself anywhere from developing his players on the training pitch across multiple age groups, traveling for their high level competitive games, and in the office assisting them in the pressurized time vacuum of college recruitment and selection.
