- What is it
- Where you can find it

The new "Search By Hashtag" feature makes hours of scrolling to find content a thing of the past - and I am certain you will love it just as much as I do.
And, yup, it's totally available to their free plan users too!

Starting a business is a thrilling experience, and as business begins to picks up - you will become even more excited! But, if we are not careful, this is when disaster strikes.
Let's be honest, when you are just starting out, you have no idea what you are doing (ps. anyone that tells you otherwise is lying); and if you do not allow yourself the time to figure out certain processes you will soon make the #1 mistake that newbie entrepreneurs make.
What is this "big" mistake? How can you overcome it? How can you avoid it entirely? Listen to find out!
On today's episode we are talking about Burnout [DUH DUH DUUUH], otherwise known as "the B word" if you are an entrepreneur.
Did you know that burnout was first referenced in medical articles over 40 years ago? How is this still such a prevalent issue in our society today?!
Aaron and Lexi take a look at the characteristics that define burnout, to help you identify these experiences in your own life. With multiple jobs, and side-hustles to boot - the girls also share their personal ways of managing burnout in their own busy life-styles.
Are you feeling a little burnout yourself? Why not grab yourself some tea, with milk and honey, and kick your feet up to enjoy the third episode of the Social Tea Podcast. #socialteatime
My co-host was down with a migraine during our scheduled recording time, so I thought, why not introduce myself and give you the opportunity to get to know the gal talking to you through you headphones.
I hopped on Instagram and asked you for questions - anything goes.
We covered a lot of things, from that time I basically ran away with the circus to my plans of living in a camper van, so if you want to learn how a history of balloon twisting and stilt walking eventually led me to starting my own online social media management business, then you have come to the right place!
Ps. Like what you hear and think we would make the best of friends? Let's connect! DM me on Instagram @aaronssocialstudio and let's start growing our biz-bestie relationship <3
In early May of 2019, Instagram launched a new pilot test for their Canadian users.
Some have called these changes a nod to a new positive mental health initiative. Others believe it it is just one of many changes to come, as everyone's favourite social media platform steps away from vanity metrics to focus on other, arguably more indicative of genuine interest (i.e. comments, follows, etc.), forms of engagement.
That's right, Instagram is hiding likes from your followers.
In this episode we take a look at how this change will appear for your own personal and/or business accounts, how hiding likes might affect those working in various digital industries, and our personal opinions and experiences during the Canadian pilot test.
So grab your tea, with milk and honey, and let's get down to business!
