Bali, 2014: 

Sheila Von Weise Mack had taken her daughter Heather Mack on a luxury vacation to Bali for a make or break trip. For years Heather’s behaviour had been spiralling violently out of control, and now pregnant Sheila hoped Bali was the place she could finally get through to her.

Only things wouldn’t go to plan and before their trip ended, unbeknownst to Sheila Heather flew her new boyfriend Tommy Schaefer out to join them. But this wouldn’t just end any chance of mother daughter bonding - this would end Sheila’s life.
