We may watch the Super Bowl today and there will be a winner and a loser. The winner will be happy, ecstatic , tears of joy, and accomplishment, the loser will be downcast , sad , stunned , empty. Yet today we want to rewrite the rules and say, there are no losers. As Christians we are called to run the race to win a prize. We are not called to lead mediocre Christian lives, but to be a light to the World!

Are you suffering from "morbus Sabbaticus" or better known as "Sunday sickness." Many believers today are being deceived into believing that gathering for church is unnecessary. But the truth is that meeting with believers in vital in our Christian walks. Understand, you can't partake of the world and not become like it. Whatever you partake of - you will become.

As Christians we might know all the right words to say, but is there any fruit in our lives? God create us to have a covenant relationship with Him. If the spirit of the Lord abides within us then we will want to do the will of the Lord. When we do the will of God, it will produce fruit in our lives. And when there is fruit in our lives, it is pleasing to God.

Ever had a week when you felt like you had 100 arrows in your back? Courage gives you the ability to go and do something in the face of uncertainty or danger. Many people do not realize that courage is something they already possess. But do we have enough faith to trust God and act courageously?

We agree with that concept mentally, but has that knowledge actually manifested in our lives. What in our lives shows that we are truly victorious and would each of us say we are walking victoriously?

Nothing happens without prayer. The bible is full of examples of God answering prayer. Jabez, Jonah, Peter, Paul, Samson and many other prayed prayers that got God's attention. Yet just as Jesus prayed in the Garden, we need to seek God's will in our prayers. So how do we develop a powerful prayer life?
