Some days you have cravings.

You may not understand.

They leave you questioning yourself.

I've been dealing with trauma, and trying to work through all the things in my life.

Often psychedelics have been used to treat trauma.  What's my stance on it?

Sober date are something that hold a decent emphasis within the recovery community.
They are often referred to as birthdays. 
If you look a your sober date as the day you stared to live fully, then it makes sense to be a birthday. 

In this episode you will hear about the struggle of long term sobriety.  What it means to be sober another year.

When you're sober, each day you make a choice.  You choose to stay sober, or to let your addiction get the best of you.

This is a story of a day that I came very close to my demise.  That I questioned that moment.  Would it be worth it?

How does it feel when you face that moment. This is a very real episode of what goes through the mind of an addict when facing that choice.
