We discuss the meaning behind the 2020 Solstice, an important and auspicious time, following a new moon total solar eclipse and corresponding with the conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn. What does this all mean? 

The discussion is followed by a beautiful healing meditation where we set our intentions and goals for the new year.  The horses and I hope you enjoy it!
