The community activists have showed up at a government housing complex called Towne Square and documented the Tulsa Gang Task Force doing foot patrol in the complex and talking with the folks in the parking lots. This is a form of community policing that has got the community activists upset. This case links to Towne Square. Episode 10 had links to Towne Square. Law enforcement needs to have intelligence on cars in the complex and who associates with those cars.
