I have never told anyone, especially criminals, that if they testify against killers, robbers or dopers law enforcement can guarantee their safety. The decision to testify truthfully is up to the individual faces as a business decision. My Campbell paid the price. When young people are allowed to run free without any consequences from the family, law enforcement has to step in and protect society from the kids. In 2017 in Tulsa the kids in this area were robbing and killing citizens at an alarming rate. In psychology it is taught that people will continue with an action until something intervenes. Tulsa Police intervened after two deaths, countless thefts and a rape. This one hurt the hardest of the cops.

True evil exists in a very small percentage of the population. But when evil meets pure innocence it makes the news. And not in a good way. An eighty year old man that wears leg braces and volunteers his time building houses for the Habitat for Humanity is shot and killed interrupting a burglar in his home at 4:40 am. A man that gives tree trimmers lunch while they work is killed as his wife calls 911. A sad story no matter who you are. Hug your loved ones.

In Tulsa OK. there is a debate ongoing with the police/community divide. The community activists have showed up at a government housing complex called Towne Square and documented the Tulsa Gang Task Force doing foot patrol in the complex and talking with the folks in the parking lots. This is a form of community policing that has got the community activists upset. This case links to Towne Square. Episode 10 had links to Towne Square. Law enforcement needs to have intelligence on cars in the complex and who associates with those cars. This type of intelligence was helpful in solving the murder of Walter Hogan at 911 E 36 SN on 9-15-2017.

What else can this be? A question that i ask myself when confronted with the unknown. This episode has over 300 participants, that is a lot of eyes and yet only a few eyewitnesses. Another example of how Intelligent Based Policing will be needed to investigate major crimes in the future. A laser like approach will keep everyone safer and those that need to be warehoused right where they need to be.

A case that has the whole department involved and contributing to the quick resolution of a two innocent people doing the right thing for the right reason but the wrong place at the wrong time. Fate brought two youngsters face to face with killers on a September night in 2011. The family played a big part in how this gets resolved and carry the weight or the deaths with them today. Remember when texting and you are unsure the person responding is not the person you think it is call them.

In January 2013 Tulsa Homicide worked and solved a quadruple murder. Four death investigations can lead many different ways as anyone of the victims can be the main target. That was true in January, but to think we would be dealing with another quadruple killing in November 2013 is disconcerting. This case takes many twist and turns is yet unresolved. Methamphetamine addiction left untreated will cause good people to wrong and bad people to worst. This story has good people addicted to Crank and they end up victims. The bad people addicted to Crank end up killing and beating up good people. The message is the family of methamphetamine addicted people can intervene. People can beat the habit and do, but law enforcement must intervene to keep evil form killing the addicted before they get a chance to.
