How are y’all feeling after yesterday’s new moon solar eclipse in Aries?

Without any intermission for snacks or a bio-break, today the outer planet Neptune is changing signs from Pisces to Aries, embracing a big new chapter with renewed energy and growth potential.

This 5-ish minute somatic practice is offered with the intention of grounding into our sovereignty and inner agency, big themes here during Aries season.
