The paradox of choice states that whenever are presented with many options, the less satisfied with our pick we become. In this episode, i discuss how it is exactly this paradox of choice which makes people less and less content with their real lives becomes they are constantly exposed to many more images of how their lives could be on social media.

In this episode, I discuss cancel culture and how it may be a result of the filter bubble, a sort of intellectual isolation caused by social media algorithms. I suggest that thee filter bubble creates a fallacy of mass-produced individuality where users act on the impulses of their group or "bubble" without their knowledge.
