From COVID-19 to an almost World War to what's happening in America right now, this year has shown us just how unpredictable everything is. Regardless, we still have to carry on living and on this episode, I discuss how we can use our intrinsic human values to get through everything that might seem like an inconvenience like the events of 2020.
