I really want you to know a bit more about my personal journey before I get into teaching you the skills, techniques, and tools I use to do what I do. Remember, these all happened before I had the vocabulary to truly express what was happening. Up until this point only my family knows about a few of these powerful moments in my life.  I'm glad to be telling you too!
