Brother, you haven't met a Josh like this one, Josh Maier, this weeks guest hails from a place called "California" if you can believe that, after leaving behind the world of medicine and becoming a mixed martial artist, his life literally sounds like a Steven Seagal, but in all seriousness we had such a dope time learning about him and his lady life, relocating to here after Covid and his adventures in competing all the time, true inspirational dad vibes! In this episode we were invited out to cover and do a live podcast at the Heat in the Streets 2023 Event at the Handlebar in Downtown Pensacola, to say we had a good time is an absolute understatement, we sat down with a lot of the bands, you can probably here a lot of their live sets, we were pleasantly surprised by how dope everyone was, so many stories, so many amazing people chasing their dreams, just being there around them all was such an inspiration for us, could have had a better time or be more thankful to be apart of it all, thank you to all the bands that came on and thank you to Cameron & Chris for inviting us and making it all happen! Boys and Girls, Get the Fuck UP! It's the week of Heat in the Streets, Pensacola's own music festival, thrown by musicians, for musicians, by musicians. This is the real fucking deal, I've known Cameron Toups, drummer for Brave New World, for going on 12 years or more now and Christopher Eubanks, Singer for Brave New World, both come on to discuss this new Festival they are throwing for the local music scene, the HUGE ideas they have planned for it, the HUGE people involved, the HUGE vendors that are going to be apart of this and most of all the HUGE Impact this will have for our culture, they let us know about the future plans for Brave New World's musically releases, music videos, songs and Album Talk, we get into the most overrated (Bands/Artists) in the industry and our most underrated (Band/Artist), we couldn't be more excited to see what they are doing with Heat in the Streets...might even have a surprise up our sleeves for you guys! Oh Brother, the boys 1 week deep on there weight loss challenge and had to call on the help from a professional, Zach VanZile, a multi sport expert and practitioner of all things athletic, hailing from 10th Planet Atlanta & Elite Edge Atlanta, the boys needed to call on the help from a real man, he comes on to talk about his upbringing, filming for the boys in the dungeon, his back ground in sport and the path that lead him to Sean Applegate and one of the toughest rooms on the planet, suggestions on what our punishment should be and who really stands a chance, can’t thank you even for coming on Zach, the pleasure was all ours!

Its that time of year again boys, Summer is here and me and Hylton are SUPER far behind on our "Beach Bodies" so what better way to get back at it then a good ol' gentlemen's bet, so we called on our good friend, One of the Best Barbers in Pensacola, cutting out of Wilfrids Barber & Fine Goods in downtown Pensacola and Barber of the Stars, Chase Thompson. We are on the road this week to see one of the greatest people we know, Kodies Dad , we immediately jump right into stories from back in the way, racing from running from the police and hiding in the house from the FBI, kodie peeing in the trash can in the kitchen in front of everyone, what it was like for him to grow up in pensacola in the 80's, the huge downtown car & bar scene, how many close calls pops had with the law, setting up street races in the backwoods while still in high school and how he went blind and almost died at 16 in a drunk driver accident that wasn't his fault, such an ALLTIME guest for us, could't be happier having him finally on and hearing from him and about his life, love this man, hope this explains a little bit of who kodie is and why he is the way he is haha we love you all, go stream this everywhere & share it with everyone!
