We had the pleasure of finally having on the boy Frank Townser, blue belt under Josh Yelverton at Kuzushi Club Gluf Shores, he is a budding and very promising up and coming amateur mixed martial artist out of Foley, AL. With a new found dedication to the sport he has been ripping thru the competition going 3-2 against absolutely solid competition in 2021 and ending the year with a very hard fought Title bout over the weekend. we sit down and talk everything from teammates sunbathing their assholes to being a single father of 4 and everything in between, couldn't be a chiller dude in the MMA scene, his heartbeat literally never rises, thank you for coming on Frank, you family now!

Putting on for his city, we have on DJ ZIGGY, we all go back to the mall days, since then he has only blown up and keeps growing expeditiously. ZIGGY is another great example of the talent pool in Pensacola, Fl that isn't settling for the everyday normal life, setting goals and achieving them, he has now become the official DJ for a national (soon to be worldwide) Interscope recording artist out of Memphis, Tennessee, BIG30. BREAD GANG and Quality Control DJ, ZIGGY sat down with us in between being on the road touring with the likes of MoneyBagg Yo, BIG30, BIG HOMIE G to the Rolling Loud stage in San Bernardino, California.
