Today’s episode is part 2 of when we had our boy Rich Chmielewski on the podcast, he is an Army Veteran who’s been all over the world fighting for our country and has since retired from the military and moved to Milton, FL. We recently met at a BJJ tournament that our gym Remedy BJJ/MMA held. Since then we have been boys and I’m so excited for you guys to hear from him, he’s got quite the story and life.
