We discuss his love of podcasts, passion for teaching and inspiring kids, and how that led to him finding his company Teacher Props and getting involved with philanthropic work for Under Armour. Pete is also the first guest to play the SHIM or SHAM game and he gives his take on what everyone must do if they visit Baltimore.
