In this week's episode, I talk about a topic that I am surprised no one thought about telling me to talk about from the beginning. What is considered the body's true life force (outside of water), what gives the body its soul, its energy. I'm, of course, talking about FOOD. This episode talks about every part of the world and the cultures it has blessed us with, the origin of Soul Food and the foods that were formed from it, and how the continuation of it for many generations in the Black community has lead to many adverse health effects, but has also lead the way for it to be included and even inspired other cultures to incorporate Soul Food into their culture. Plus, I talk about my expanded pallet of tasting and I give my top 5 food cultures ever, of all time. Then of course, it's the Wrap Up. There's a few important messages in this week's Wrap Up, so please be sure to listen to everything that is going on in the SBM and BSH podcasts. Also, follow the SBM podcast and the BSH on Spotify because we appreciate the support (and because Spotify has messed up how they now monetize podcast episodes.) So please, enjoy, subscribe, and follow. :)
