This week we’re looking at what’s going on in the world from a spiritual point of view, and I also want to share some of the ways that I have been managing within myself all of the weirdness.
Because there’s no denying, it’s been weird these past couple of years!
And managing how I feel about it and respond to it all has become almost a full time job!
So join me as I discuss the shift we are going through, and some ways that we can ease our way through these turbulent times to create a better future for us all.

This week I’m talking to Brianna Wilkerson about why your health (and self-worth) is about so much more than your weight.
Brianna Wilkerson is a Holistic Health and Life Coach, podcast host, wife and mother, matcha tea lover and at-home crossfitter. She helps women to find peace with food, feel confident in their bodies again, and develop healthy habits and a lifestyle that’s about more than just their weight.
I know that for many of us, our self-worth is very closely linked to what we feel about our weight, so I’m really looking forward to digging into this with Brianna, to see if we can free ourselves and hopefully have a mindset shift around this area.

Welcome to this flashback series, featuring some of my favourite episodes from the archives discussing key ideas and teachings that take us to the heart of who we are, reveal what makes us tick, and lead us to greater freedom and well-being.
Have you ever wanted to make a difference in the world, felt called to make the world a better place?
Then check out this week's podcast, where we're discussing how one wee human can change the world.
Many of us feel so powerless, especially today in the face of the world crisis we’re all living through.
But remember, even the small changes we make to improve our own lives have a beneficial knock-on effect on those around us.
As I’m always saying, our own well-being radiates out and uplifts everyone we contact.
But our real power lies in our collective power as a group. Margaret Mead said, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
Individually, we are more powerful than we know.
And together.... WOW!
So how can you make a difference in the world?
You can start by tuning in to this week's episode!

Hi! Welcome to this flashback series, featuring some of my favourite episodes from the archives discussing key ideas and teachings that take us to the heart of who we are, reveal what makes us tick, and lead us to greater freedom and well-being. Sit back, relax and enjoy!
So tell me, have you got voices in your head? Maybe there’s someone in there telling you you’re not good enough, you’ll never be able to do that, your butt looks huge in that, who do you think you are to be... blah blah blah!
Sound familiar? We’ve all got this voice in our head, unless we’ve done a lot of work to silence it.
Sometimes we’re aware of what the inner critic is saying, because we hear it all the time. And sometimes, even more insidiously, we have programming going on that is unconscious.
We may not be aware of a specific message, but this subconscious conditioning can erode our self-esteem and hinder us from going for the things we want, or succeeding, or even being happy.
Either way, conscious or unconscious, we need to become aware of the self-talk that is going on, or it will sabotage us for the rest of our days!
So today we’re looking at how we can free ourselves of this inner critic and get some relief!

This week I’m talking to Tony Copeland-Parker about how to boost your brain health and mental health, and the role physical fitness plays in those.
Tony was a professional pilot for thirty-seven years, but when in his early fifties he needed a heart-valve replacement, and his partner Catherine was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s, they decided to sell their home, retire from their jobs, and become nomads, running marathons and half-marathons all over the world.
Since then, he and his partner Catherine have traveled to eighty-two different countries and have run at least a half-marathon in thirty-five countries and on all seven continents!
Tony shares his inspiring story with us and shows us how through simple lifestyle changes and fulfilling experiences, we can learn to change our future through meaningful moments that spark joy.

I bet you know this scenario: you bump into someone, and make the mistake of asking “How are you?”, and by the time that person has finished with their sad story of negativity and victimhood, you feel as if your life force has been drained from you.
Their low vibration has rubbed off on you, and if you’re not careful, you’ll carry it around with you, possibly even believing that it’s yours!
Negativity comes at us from all directions. It’s floating round in the ether, just waiting to connect with someone of a similar vibration. And in recent months, with the coronavirus crisis, there’s been an enormous amount of fear and anxiety swirling around.
I’ve been feeling extra sensitive lately, so I wanted to share some ways that we can protect ourselves, and keep our energies clear and untainted by other people and outside influences.

I’ve still got my pointy philosopher's hat on, as we are continuing our exploration of those questions that most of us have asked ourselves at some point in our lives: who am I and why am I here?
Last week in part one we were looking at this primarily from an individual perspective, discussing what it all means on the individual or the microcosmic level.
This week, we’re hitting the macrocosm! We’ll be looking at the past evolution of not only humanity, but the planet and the whole dang solar system, as well as looking at our future. What are we here to do? What’s the point?! Where do we go from here?
I’ll be sharing with you some excerpts from my collection of books on esoteric philosophy, psychology and science, as I attempt to digest the vast ideas I’m covering in this episode through my tiny little brain :) Ouch!

Have you ever wondered about the meaning of life, and asked those perennial questions: Who am I and why am I here?
I was in this position many years ago, but I found it difficult to get answers that rang true and made sense, answers that were free of dogma and BS.
Although I did a lot of searching, the answer fell in my lap one day when I wasn't even looking!
Well, I guess it wasn't quite that simple, but it pointed me in the direction of the deepest and most meaningful information I've ever come into contact with.
In this week's podcast I'm looking at these questions from the viewpoint of the Ageless Wisdom teachings, an entire cosmology that will give you the answers to life, the universe, and everything!
I hope you'll join me for Part 1 of this series on the deepest mysteries of life.

This week on the Sort Yourself Out Podcast I’m joined by my special guest Alison Leitheiser to discuss how to train your brain and balance your nervous system.
Alison has an amazing story that is truly astonishing and inspiring.
When she was 16, Alison went from being an athlete aspiring to the Olympics, to quadriplegic. While her friends were picking out their prom dresses, Alison wasn’t sure if she would live.
When the conventional medical system wrote her off, Alison’s family turned to natural therapies and within a short period of time Alison was restored to full function.
Her journey to overcome her health issues changed the course of her life, as she found a passion for helping others find hope and healing.
Alison started her path as an alternative health care practitioner in 2002, and started her own clinical practice in 2009. Today she loves helping people through their health challenges and to find their way to wellness, so they feel better, can participate in life more and reclaim their health!
In this episode we discuss:
