Black Death was one of the great events of human history. A disease that spread through Europe, more than any other continent at the time, like an angel of death, aiming to destroy humanity as similar to the judgment day, or so it seemed at the time. We are not trying to spread fear or panic people as if to say that that plague was similar to Coronavirus or what scientists call Covid19. On the contrary, we are doing this because we are trying to understand ourselves better and to know the difference between facing a pandemic with a religious fervor believing either it is a divine punishment or a trial of faith, and the way we are doing it now in modern times, with being scientific and rational. That is not to say that there are no people who still look at this pandemic as God’s wrath nowadays because that is exactly what is happening in many countries including the United States. I hope that we all are going to learn from these episodes how human ignorance can be dangerous and a threat to his or her own safety and well-being. The Palestinian-Israeli relations, more than any other relations, have tremendous difficulties and ups and downs because of the fact that Israel came into existence through a hard, and painful (holocaustal) birth, and the Palestinian people, on the other hand, discovered the modern ideas of citizenship and nationality after a long history of seclusion. In this paper, we will discuss and ascertain the reasons behind the complications that reflected the peace talks between the two sides that was almost knocking on the door of the final peace. The final result would be answering the question of whether the Two States Solution is possible or is there no such a possibility after two Palestinian Intifadhas or Shake offs.
