My entire life I’ve had a painful relationship with my body, yet I was inundated with the message to “love and accept” it without reasons that made sense to my heart. I tried everything from prayer to affirmations. But nothing worked until I realized, I don’t understand what the body is.

How can we love something when we don’t know what it is? When we’re told it’s never good enough? When we’ve been taught to ignore its intuition?

Most of us are disconnected from our bodies because we don’t understand their purpose in our lives, their history, or how to properly care for them.

The scientific and medical communities could fill our heads with answers, but if they were helpful, we’d already have a loving relationship with our bodies.

Welcome back for another monthly Akashic Forecast! Today, we're diving into May and our monthly theme: Different Directions. The month ahead is a continuation of April's energy, which transforms into something completely different toward the middle (and into the end) of the month.

But in the midst of these shifts, we're feeling multiple energies coming from every direction!

For a few weeks, my Guides hounded me to sit down and channel about AI and its effects on humanity.

And the experience blew me away.

When I’m channeling the Akashic Records, the experience is always different. Sometimes it's primarily words that come through my mouth, while others are visual.

But it’s always a multi-sensory experience as I’m seeing, feeling, knowing, and hearing at once. However, this one was even more than that.

I don’t have words to articulate what I experienced while channeling this message but can say that I didn’t expect so much from a simple question. Or for them to share six ways AI will affect humanity.

The Akashic Guides never disappoint.

This week, we're diving into April, which is packed full of complicated, ever-changing energy. We are truly in a middle space, suspended in the air while ALL things are altering around us. Yet we too, are evolving.

Suffice it to say, this month requires leaning into our Solid Foundations, a dedication to our nervous systems, and prioritizing joy. It will also be interesting to see what plays out in the financial world and in the environment.

The many astrological transits of March were unleashed and now we are left to integrate these new energies while uncovering the newness in ourselves.

"For so many things are taking place on your planet that you are unaware of. 

Newness is being birthed in the darkest corners. Deep into the forest. Deep within the skin and blood of humans.

There is so much that takes place at this time. Yes, yes so much.

The billowing and the aching. Yes, we know you'll raise your hands up, asking for relief, asking for understanding and clarity, knowledge about what it is that is taking place upon the planet at this time. 

But, we have spoken about this at length. What is most important to know in the coming month is that the fires will rage and burn all around you.

Yes, yes so too will they engulf you from within for there are things here that can no longer be.

No longer be pushed or stored away. No longer be hidden. 

You will come face to face with them as if looking in a mirror. "
