Welcome back to another Soul Driven interview! This week, I'm excited to introduce you to Bloom Post, a Ceremonialist, Shamanic Healer, Teacher, and Author who lives in the Appalachian Mountains of WNC. Bloom walks between the worlds to receive information, insights and guidance, in order to empower healing and transformation. She is author of the book “Shaman’s Toolbox: Practical Tools for Powerful Transformation" and "Plant Spirit Totems". Bloom has studied in the U.S., Peru, India, and Guatemala, and some of her teachers have included an Appalachian Shaman, a Native American Lakota elder, Buddhist monks and nuns, as well as Hindu Swamis and a Cacao Shaman. A Reiki Master Teacher, she also received her Yoga Teacher Training Certificate in India in 2005. She's been intentionally training on her path since 1999 and leading ceremonies since 2006.
We sat down for an insightful discussion about the many aspects of energetic sovereignty, her path into Shamanic healing, and nerded out on our shared love of cacao and its many benefits. Tune in to enjoy!
