The season when we are called to absolute stillness. The season when we are called to tap out and tap in. Honoring the season of pause and rediscovering.

A moment of breath, A moment of pause, A moment of gratitude, A moment for self.

Recently I was blessed enough to facilitate a workshop on mirror work, I chose to lead the women in the space on an inner child-guided meditation. A moment to not only celebrate us in the now but allow our inner child to celebrate and be celebrated as well.

Wherever you are, I encourage you to go to your closest mirror. If you are unable to, no worries at all.

May love always find you, and may it always start with self.

Hello, Beautiful Souls. In today's episode, I invite you to dedicate some time to yourself, to pause from your daily obligations, and simply breathe.

Life will life and often times beyond our control, or what we try to control. I hope that you can take a few moments to pour a little love and time back into self.

In today's episode, We are talking about this idea of "functioning depression and anxiety." Knowing when to take a break, listening to your body, knowing when you need to lean deeper into your practices and the things that bring you close to peace.

Lean on the people who show up for you.

Lean on the work you've done on yourself.

Lean on your faith.

It's okay to not be okay.

A Brown Girls Link up is a yearly meet up, a day of community and healing for Black and Brown women. Every year we come together in community to build bonds, share space, heal in whatever that may look like for you. The goal is to highlight how Black and Brown women can come together, and when we do, Magic happens.
