The Soul Gym is all about Secular Spirituality. This phrase is a great idea to pick apart. Have a listen to discern how it can apply to your life.

Why does peace take effort, why does anything take effort. Our modern human experience champions ease and effortlessness. We continue to stream line and "hack" our lives so we can do less. Life and living requires effort though. We must put forth effort for true growth, change and possibility. This is true of peace, it isn't something that happens as the result of ideal conditions being met. Peace is the result of a willingness to be peaceful, putting forth effort to be at peace, holding the intention of a peaceful life and actually practicing peace everyday to the best of our ability.

If God is all there is...this may be a radical notion because we collectively in the religious and spiritual communities spend a lot of time, energy and money on telling people was ISN'T God. In this episode we'll explore the radical idea that God/Spirit/The Creative Law of life is the only thing happening. Are you willing to even put the things you don't understand or like into this circle? It would change our world, lets entertain this notion for a minute!
