You can use as many tools to manage it that you'd like, however, your relationship to time is what really impacts your experience of time in any given day. I am back from a week long retreat and had many powerful lessons in "staying in the room". Confronting our own stuff and staying with it and confronting the hard things in the relationships of our life and staying in the room when it gets uncomfortable.

The soul does not thrive stagnation, it needs daily conscious movement in the mind, body & spirit. This is the essence of Soul Gym, engaging in wide variety of exercises on a regular basis, to live a soulful life.

So often our humanity, i.e. the ego, wants to know it all, control it all and to have it all RIGHT NOW! But often times this just isn't happening for a whole list of reasons, known and unknown. This is our humanity. We want all our life, the way we want it right now! I was there just 24 hours ago and was stomping around in the murky waters of self-hatred, doubt, anger, sadness and discontent. But I remembered that discontent can be divine and I circled back to my vision, my purpose and found some space and ease to right my mind and heart into a greater sense of peace, love, calm and acceptance to continue doing the work and living I am here to do today. I know you've had one of these moments, maybe you are in one right now. Have a listen and welcome some peace into your heart too!

In this episode we explore the power of giving and maintaining our attention on the "what" vs. the "how" of our visions and desires. We want to know how to get there....did you know how to get where you are today 10 years ago, probably not, you may have had ideas, but what was and is most important is learning to navigate the path towards our life desires.
