  • To new beginnings…

In today’s episode, I’ll talk about my last four weeks, which were filled with uncertainty and visa issues. It’s not only an update, but also includes some lessons and wise moments I took from it and went through. Additionally, I’ll share my visions not only for the podcast but the beginning of not just a new chapter, but a whole new life. Cheers to new beginnings!

  • Whistler Wisdom- the actual wisdom Part

In this episode, I’ll finish up with my last three texts and continue with my Whistler Wisdom — what I’ve learned and what I wish I had known before coming here. Hopefully, it will help you understand Whistler, its people, and its dynamics more quickly, and make your settling-in easier.

I want you to have a broader horizon, to stay curious and open, and hopefully become the change yourself in a place like Whistler.

If you hate me for saying the things I said, then please do. I’m okay with people disagreeing with me — as long as it happens in a respectful and open exchange. I’m not afraid to speak my truth, even though I know there’s never just one truth. My intentions come from the heart. I want to help people. I want people to feel seen and heard. I want them to broaden their horizons, to stay open and curious, and to live their lives to the fullest.

  • With emptiness and pain

Continuing the episode, I talk about the deep low I went through after Toronto. The stories behind the texts on Instagram. I was in a really bad place — hurt, empty, and alone. But, as life always shows, light finds its way back in. I share how I navigated those dark days, what helps me handling moments like these, how I pull myself out, and how I reached a place where I now can leave Whistler in peace and with a full heart. The next chapter is just around the corner.

  • The Grande Final- Montreal series PT.4

In this final episode of the series, I talk about my work at the Formula One Grand Prix and the warning signs my body sent me after pushing beyond my limits the days before. At the end of the episode, there’s a short clip sharing how it felt being back in Whistler and what I’m planning to do next — which I’ll record in the upcoming episode.

  • Between F1, Netflix and more than one mission

In this episode, I talk about how and why I pushed beyond my limits while already running on empty-and what it led to. I found myself in situations that felt written out of a movie, while being in survival mode at the same time, doubting myself and feeling deeply unhappy with who I was. Between risking opportunities and inner conflicts, I kept going while already feeling exhausted… until I found myself completely alone in an extreme situation, reaching emotional exhaustion, physical overload, and mental overwhelm. This is a story about pushing too far, feeling drained, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself.

  • Montreal Part 1 - There is no way I’m gonna stay

In the first chapter of my Montreal Series, I reflect on what I already sensed in the previous episode. Things are becoming clearer. From realizing what Whistler truly does to me — how I feel here — to finally accepting it. I went to Montreal without a plan, going with the flow, just following my intuition. But then, my body sent clear signals, and suddenly, I found myself in a mission much bigger than I ever expected.

  • The in between state of being

In this episode, I will talk about the strong feeling of knowing something will happen — about being in a transformation I can’t yet see, but deeply feel. About longing for a feeling for a long time, and now living that longing. About being emotionally drained and tired in a community that performs, but does not breathe. About people, depth, and a sense of belonging.
