In this episode I dive into all things feminine embodiment- meaning truly owning your radiance, your power, your own healing journey and embarking on the journey of sovereignty. Embodiment is simply put feeling at home in your body, safe with yourself, and in a space of connection to your truest self- your highest self. Embodiment work is using your body, your sensations and your internal landscape (inner world) as a tool for healing, loving and living in a space of personal power. 

Maybe your hunger is holy.

Maybe your grief is powerful.

Maybe your anger, no no your rage is sacred 

Maybe opening your heart to all the things you’ve avoided feeling is the answer to your L I B E R A T I O N.

See, babe your body is so wise. It holds the answers for healing within its spaciousness. It is craving expression. It has access to the codes for every single one of your desires to BE manifest.

I invite you to stop trying to avoid the feelings you were told ((by the systems that have aimed to bind us)) were bad. Shame around the body and her feelings/desires is the thing that will keep us hostage until we release it.

GET into the body, baby. It is the vessel through which all of your reality is coming to manifest

This episode that I recorded with worthiness coach, Jillie Johnston is a juicy deep dive into worthiness, receptivity, fear and authenticity. We talk about the paradigm of exhaustion and proving ourselves and how to quantum leap out of this pattern.

I think we often identify receptivity and surrender as being passive, and what I want you to know is that receptivity ((and surrender)) is a very active, powerful state to consciously choose to live in. It doesn’t mean we aren’t taking action, it means we are trusting ourselves and knowing so deeply that the divine steps we are taking are leading us purposefully, while we are fully supported (wind at our sails kind of vibes). IT is so powerful to choose to lean into trusting. To choose to lean into our pleasure, to defy paradigms of prove it and force. To truly claim our worthiness and stand in our radical sense of self. 

Putting our pleasure first,  in fact then gives us a full well to pour into our purpose, our mission, those around us. Your pleasure, your play, your energy of receptive expansion has to come first. We riff on orgasms, excitement, creativity  and everything receptivity and PORTALS. 

The whole community thrives when the matriarch allows herself to receive. Each of us is a matriarch in a community of some sort- you are a leader within your life- you have a community of people that draws from your well- and when you say yes- and allow for a cycle and continuous flow of love, money, resources- it looks like this…..what comes through me benefits us all.

In this episode I riff on changing the paradigms and patternings we were conditioned to believe  around desire. We talk about our desires being safe guidance.

When we put our desires first we can stand firmly in an energy of LOVE. period. Experiencing life from the lens of love and we create a really beautiful well within ourselves to pour from.

Sometimes that required cracking myself wide open, blowing it up and listening to a tiny little voice inside me. And sometimes it required healing and reprogramming stories that were dictating the shoulds. And often times it required bold action that defied everything I had ever been taught- which taught me the greatest lessons of all- I have the answers within and so do you! And that is the “Hardest” part but the greatest blessing- the depth that leads to the ease and flow.

I love you so much. It is always my intention that you get what you came for- you leave more filled up than you when you pressed play- you feel like you can hear your deepest desires just a little bit more and you become the change you want to see in the world.
